This talk introduces my core reframing: emotional energy is a finite currency that gets spent through care, restraint, decision-making, and constant emotional management—often without being tracked. It’s the “new lens” talk. It helps people stop treating depletion like a personal flaw and start seeing emotional cost as something that can be understood structurally.
