Meet Claire:
The Transformation Architect
Claire Burnett is a multi-certified, results-driven leader with nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of mental health, organizational effectiveness, business operations, and strategic communications. She has partnered with several Fortune 500 companies—most recently within healthcare and enterprise strategy—serving as a lead operations and development strategist. Throughout her career, she has designed and led engagement initiatives that produced double-digit growth in employee morale, stakeholder satisfaction, and organizational performance.

A systems thinker with a storyteller’s heart, Burnett is passionate about helping leaders and teams translate vision into measurable outcomes through clarity, alignment, and emotional intelligence. Her approach blends data and empathy, operational rigor and human insight—empowering organizations to transform not just how they work, but how they feel while doing it.

Currently, Burnett is getting ready to release her forthcoming book—an expansion of her work beyond boardrooms into the broader conversation about emotional capital, capacity, and wholeness. Through this research-driven framework, she explores how individuals and organizations can consciously budget, invest, and regenerate emotional energy to build both sustainable success and human-centered systems of growth.

Why This Work?
In every environment—corporate, nonprofit, personal—Claire noticed the same pattern:

The people who cared the most often carried the most.
Not because they were weak. But because systems quietly relied on their emotional labor to stay functional.

This work exists to name that reality and give people a framework for responding to it.
My Approach is described as
Efficient
Kaizen leaders are trained to drive efficiency by empowering individuals at all levels to identify and implement small, continuous improvements. Our collaborative approach boosts engagement, reduces resistance, and ensures sustainable, practical changes that enhance operations over time.
Experienced
With nearly two decades of experience, multiple fortune companies and several certifications, I provide you frameworks and proven best practices to help leaders perform and teams transform.
Emotionally Intelligent
I am a high EQ consultant that provides a neutral viewpoint, helping to identify gaps, conflicts or inefficiencies that internal team members may overlook or feel hesitant to address.
