Meet Claire:
The Transformation Architect
Claire Burnett is a multi-certified, results-driven leader with nearly two decades of experience in organizational effectiveness, business operations, and strategic communications. She has partnered with several Fortune 500 companies—most recently within healthcare and enterprise strategy—serving as a lead content and operations strategist. Throughout her career, she has designed and led engagement initiatives that produced double-digit growth in employee morale, stakeholder satisfaction, and organizational performance.

A systems thinker with a storyteller’s heart, Burnett is passionate about helping leaders and teams translate vision into measurable outcomes through clarity, alignment, and emotional intelligence. Her approach blends data and empathy, operational rigor and human insight—empowering organizations to transform not just how they work, but how they feel while doing it.

Currently, Burnett is developing a forthcoming book—an expansion of her work beyond boardrooms into the broader conversation about emotional capital, capacity, and wholeness. Through this research-driven framework, she explores how individuals and organizations can consciously budget, invest, and regenerate emotional energy to build both sustainable success and human-centered systems of growth.
