Claire Burnett is a multi certified, results-oriented leader with nearly two decades of experience in org effectiveness and communications. She's worked with several Fortune 500 brands, primarily serving in the capacity of lead strategist. Over the course of her career, Burnett has successfully led operational initiatives that resulted in double digit increases for engagement scores, stakeholder satisfaction surveys and employee morale. She is adept at driving action through transformative change and helps both leaders and teams achieve measurable outcomes that position them for success. Burnett is a passionate teacher and trainer that attributes her success to her highly trained EQ, inquisitive nature and strategic mindset.
